Delivery Times
Don't worry about waiting for delivery. Most customers aren't home when our drivers arrive. We cannot predict the time of day your delivery will be made. However, we do strive to make all deliveries before 7:00 P.M.  Unless you specify a spot for us to leave your products, they are typically left at the front door in an inconspicuous location out of the elements. If we are delivering to an office, we request that we leave your order at the front desk with a receptionist.  

Scheduling Your Delivery
If you are located within our free local delivery area, your order will be delivered depending on when you place your order.  Each week, we make deliveries Wednesday through Saturday.  If you place your order by 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, you will get your order by Saturday of that week.  If you place your order after 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, then your order will be delivered the following week - no later than the following Saturday.  You can also select to have your items delivered on a recurring basis with our Automatic Delivery Program during checkout.  If you prefer, you may call 503-476-2875 with your order, or email us at requests@oregonpetsupply.com.   

Automatic Delivery Service
If you would like the luxury of not having to remember to order your pet food, let us do your remembering for you, join our Automatic Refill Program!  We will automatically schedule your deliveries on a pre-set schedule of your choosing!  For example, we will deliver a bag of dog food every week; every 3 weeks; every 6 weeks ... whatever you decide!  Once you're set up, there's no need to call and place your order unless you would like to add to it or change the delivery day.

If you would like to set up a recurring delivery of your order, join our Automatic Refill Program. Just click requests@oregonpetsupply.com and let us know what weekly interval you’d like your order to be automatically delivered.  That's it! Your order will be delivered on your selected interval time and your credit card will be charged. And all Automatic Refill Program customers receive a 5% discount on their orders! You will receive a reminder email the week of your delivery notifying you of your delivery date. You don't have to remember to re-order!  If you need to change your interval or your order, or even cancel the Automatic Refill service - that's easy too! What if it's raining the day you deliver my order?
We ask you to do your best to designate a covered spot for us to leave your order when you're gone.  We will also do our best to find an overhang of sorts to leave your order. If you are worried about it, the best bet is to leave a few plastic bags out for us to leave your order in. Once the order is left in your location, we are not held accountable for any damages incurred from extraneous circumstances not predicted.

Return Policy
Although returns happen very infrequently, we require that all orders wished to be returned MUST be returned within two weeks of being purchased and will be replaced with a store credit. All returned items MUST be un-opened and damage free. Oregon Pet Supply reserves the right to refuse a return due to a damaged product or packaging.  Of course, if for any reason a product is delivered to you and you deem it in unsatisfactory condition, we will pick up the product from you and replace it with a new product. In this case we must be notified within 24hrs of your delivery. Once the order is left at your location, we do not guarantee it from damage incurred from extraneous circumstances not predicted.
